Each spoonful of a Belicious product will be unique. Your masala may have less aniseed, more bay leaves… Your piri piri colours may vary according to the produce. Do not expect consistency, for consistency belongs in a commercially produced, supermarket shelf! This is the beauty of home produced food.
My focus is to empower you to create genuine food that tastes amazing, without the need for unnecessary preservatives and additives.

SALTWATER HONEY
After raising six kids on the Central Coast, we are now raising bees... millions of them. Our reward is an abundance of honey. Saltwater Honey has been in business on the Coast since 2016. Through drought, bushfires, floods and pandemic, our bees never took a day off. So, don’t worry, you can still enjoy our local, raw honey with crumpets, smoothies, tea or however you like it.
Here’s how you get it...
1. Saltwater Honey Headquarters at Norah Head is open every Tuesday 7:00am-7:00pm or by Appointment call 0401 621 893.
2. Cafes now stock Saltwater Honey. The General Store, Norah Head. Common Ground, Long Jetty. The Little Teapot, Davistown.
3. We deliver to you. Contact 0401 621 893. Delivery fee: $5.50 per order (Central Coast only)
